I created a couple of owl items this week. The first is a journal made from a composition notebook. I altered it using scrapbook paper, Sharpie markers and an old yellowed book page.
I also made this small pouch from one of my favorite felted wool sweaters. It's a bit wonky as I'm not very good at sewing zippers. Wonky or not, he's definitely growing on me. I'm not sure he's swap worthy, though my daughter assures me she wants it if I don't send it off to a new home. Really, he might fit nicely in my purse stuffed full of Sharpie pens for drawing. One way or another he'll have a home. What owl works do you have in progress?
